Manager of multidisciplinary teams for more than 15 years, I put my experience as a Manager Coach at the service of Leaders who wish to adopt this posture, putting people at the center of organizations.

In this role, I was able to apply the principles of benevolent leadership and see the benefits on the commitment and performance of my team members. Today, in conjunction with partners who are highly active in this field, I contribute to the transformation of companies wishing to adopt new managerial paradigms.

I also support companies wishing to create or improve the cohesion of one or more teams through an original approach combining practice and theory in the areas of relationship, emotional intelligence and communication.

In these companies I am also passionate about the individual support of employees in personal development, in a new position, during a reorientation or any other subject inviting the employee to develop self management and getting to know how to lead-coach others.

In the field of private clients, my mission is to support humans in search of their own life nourishing their deep purpose. Fascinated by the power and the accuracy of intuitions, I accompany my clients in the discovery of this intelligence outside the mind.

I also offer, for both companies and private individuals, emotional intelligence assessments based on the Six Seconds method for which I am certified at the « assessor » level.
